I founded Mixvoip in 2008 at the age of 26. Back then, my biggest strength was my naivety—I knew nothing about phone systems, business, accounting, sales... but I was passionate about Linux and open-source. I could code, and I was programming every day on our cloud PBX solution. Funny enough, our developers now think my code is bad and outdated… but hey, it got the ball rolling!
I tend to get bored with repetitive tasks, so I’m incredibly grateful that Mixvoip grew from a one-man show to a company with multiple departments and offices across different countries. This journey pushed me to learn beyond coding—accounting, legal, marketing, team management, and, most importantly, how to stay relevant and innovative.
I’m really proud of the team and culture we’ve built at Mixvoip. It’s a place where learning never stops, and that’s what keeps things exciting.
If you could have any animal as an office mascot, what would you pick?
Penguins are all about teamwork and communication, always sticking together and coordinating in their groups. They’re also known for their loyalty, often forming lifelong bonds.
And by the way, if you’re not a great artist, a penguin is pretty easy to draw!

As the CIO and co-founder of Mixvoip, I have many years of experience in the telecommunications industry. I am jointly responsible for the management and strategic direction of the company. Additionally, I coordinate the teams in Belgium and Germany to ensure efficient processes and optimal results. I place great importance on close collaboration, clear communication, and continuous improvement to meet the ever-evolving demands of the industry.
If your workday were a movie, what genre would it be?
“Mission: Impossible" meets "The Transporter" with a touch of "The Social Network".

Before joining the Mixvoip team, I honed my expertise in sales and marketing at Proximus. As a Senior Account Manager, I managed key corporate clients in the "Banks & Insurance" sector, driving growth and fostering long-term partnerships. Prior to that, I took on the role of Marketing Manager, where I led strategic campaigns and initiatives to enhance brand visibility and market positioning. Beyond the office, I channel my creativity into travel and design. I thrive on discovering new places – from the vibrant culture of Italy to the stunning landscapes of La Reunion and the U.S. I also have a passion for interior decorating, often transforming flea market finds into unique statement pieces.

If you could have any animal as an office mascot, what would you pick?
A mixed-breed dog would be the perfect office mascot. As someone who has two mixed-breed dogs, I see them as symbols of loyalty, adaptability, and individuality—qualities that reflect the diverse and collaborative spirit of our team at Mixvoip.

I joined Mixvoip in 2019, and it’s been an incredible journey of learning and growth. Along the way, I’ve had the chance to meet amazing people who’ve inspired me, both inside and outside the company. For me, it’s all about ensuring our customers feel truly valued and unique, which wouldn’t be possible without the energy and dedication of the fantastic team I’m lucky to work with.
If you had to choose one superpower for your job, what would it be?
If I had to pick, I’d say the ability to instantly understand and solve any problem, like a super brain that could analyze stats, fix tools, or resolve customer issues in the blink of an eye.

When I started at Mixvoip in July 2012, the company was just a small startup - and so was I, fresh out of school and eager to dive into the tech world. Back then, being a startup meant wearing multiple hats: one day I'd be doing on-site installations, the next troubleshooting systems, then managing stock or working on billing processes. It was chaotic, intense, and incredibly formative.
As a full stack developer, I've grown alongside the company. What began as a scrappy, all-hands-on-deck environment has transformed into a structured organization with specialized departments. But those early days taught me something invaluable - understanding a business isn't just about writing code, it's about understanding every gear in the machine.
Now, I lead a small team focused on CRM and ERP projects. Being the most senior employee gives me a unique perspective. I've seen Mixvoip evolve from a handful of passionate people to a mature tech company, and I've been instrumental in that journey. My deep institutional knowledge allows me to develop internal systems that aren't just technically sound, but truly aligned with how we work.
My professional journey has been less about climbing a corporate ladder and more about growing roots - deep, interconnected roots that help our technological ecosystem thrive.
If you were an animated character, who would you be?
Much like Master Roshi, the legendary martial arts instructor from Dragon Ball, I find myself in a role of mentorship and guidance for aspiring developers. Just as Roshi trained young martial artists like Goku and Krillin, I take junior developers under my wing, nurturing their skills and helping them grow into competent professionals.
Similar to how Roshi's students eventually become powerful fighters in their own right, the junior developers I train develop the skills and confidence to tackle new challenges and move on to different projects and systems within our company. This parallel extends to the way Roshi's teachings form the foundation for his students' future growth, much like how the knowledge and experience I impart serve as a springboard for my mentees' careers.
While I may not possess Roshi's centuries of experience or ability to fire energy beams, I do share his commitment to passing on knowledge and watching my students surpass their own limitations. And just as Roshi finds satisfaction in seeing his pupils succeed, I take pride in witnessing the developers I've trained flourish in new roles and tackle complex projects with confidence.

As Head of IT at Mixvoip, I lead a team responsible for IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and managed services. With extensive experience in system and network engineering, I specialize in designing and implementing secure, scalable solutions for businesses. Passionate about technology, I stay ahead of industry trends to ensure innovation and reliability. My role also includes team leadership, training, and strategic IT development to support business growth.
If you could have any animal as an office mascot, what would you pick?
I would pick a meerkat. In the IT world, we constantly monitor the horizon for potential threats, just like a meerkat standing watch for danger. Meerkats are agile, highly observant, and naturally curious, qualities that are essential in our field. Staying ahead of new technologies, keeping up with cybersecurity threats, and maintaining a culture of continuous learning are all crucial aspects of our work, and the meerkat embodies this spirit perfectly.

If you were an animated character, who would you be ?
I’d be "Headhunted to Another World: From Salaryman to Big Four!" a character navigating new worlds with strategy, resilience, and sharp decision making. Just like in sales and customer relations: it’s all about adapting, staying focused, and leveling up every day.
