The Do Not Disturb (DND) feature in the Voxbi app allows you to manage your availability by silencing incoming calls and notifications when you don’t want to be interrupted. Whether you're in a meeting, focusing on work, or outside business hours, DND helps you stay in control of your communication.

How DND works in Voxbi

When you activate DND in Voxbi:

• Your status is set to Do Not Disturb, and incoming calls will not ring on your device
• Callers are automatically redirected based on your call routing settings or voicemail
• You can toggle DND on or off manually at any time within the app

DND vs silent mode

It’s important to note:

• DND in Voxbi stops calls from reaching the app
• Silent Mode on your phone or device only mutes the sound, Voxbi calls will still come through unless DND is also activated
